- I am a lifetime drugfree world champion powerlifter and motivational speaker. I've been ranked in the top 20 Strongest powerlifters in the world for the past 11 years. My heaviest squat is 400 lbs., heaviest benchpress is 270 lbs., and heaviest deadlift is 450 lbs.
